My dentist made me feel so relaxed and didn't hurt me once he was wonderful  talking to me  all the time through it and how to relax

To Dr. Veenu and the entire team,

I am writing this with a heart full of gratitude after our visit today. It is not every day that you find a medical professional who treats you with such genuine kindness, but to find a dentist who goes above and beyond for a frightened toddler is truly rare.

Today, my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Dr. Veenu for our checkups. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warmth that immediately put us at ease. The environment felt safe, welcoming, and not at all like the sterile, intimidating clinics we are used to.

However, I must specifically commend Dr. Veenu for his extraordinary care of our daughter. As any parent of a 3-year-old knows, a dental visit can be a daunting experience—full of anxiety, tears, and resistance. But Dr. Veenu treated her with a level of patience and gentleness that I have rarely witnessed. He didn't just "manage" her; he genuinely connected with her. He spoke to her in a calm, soothing voice, explained what he was doing in a way that made sense to her little mind, and never once showed frustration. He transformed what could have been a traumatic experience into a positive and playful one.

He was incredibly "patient and calm'—he moved at her pace, not his. He took the time to make her feel comfortable, turning the chair up and down, showing her the tools, and making her laugh. By the end of the appointment, she was actually smiling.

Beyond his incredible way with children, Dr. Veenu is clearly a master of his craft. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain our own dental health to us in a clear and understandable way. He didn't rush us, and he answered all of our questions with patience and expertise.

Thank you, Dr. Veenu, for making our family's dental health a priority and for being so wonderful with our little one. We have found our dentist for life, and we will be recommending you to everyone we know.

Absolutely the best Dentist ever!!! Veenu has been exceptionally wonderful, also every member of staff is so caring and kind. I hadn't been to a dentist for a long time, I came across Dental Care@62  through a charity event in which there was a raffle and I won a tooth whitening voucher!!! I was so excited.
I had some issues with my teeth due to the fact I hadn't been to the dentist in many years.
Veenu was amazing he showed me the issues I had with my teeth, he was very honest so I decided to have some fillings done with him. I can honestly say that was the best experience ive ever had when having fillings done!!! No pain didn't even really feel any injections.
All the way through Veenu kept making sure I was ok.
He always explains everything single detail, and shows u also visuals on the computer about your teeth.
I feel really happy I have found the perfect dentist who is kind honest and very friendly yet completely professional.

I had a very good experience at Dental Care @62. Anchal Singla carried out my hygiene treatment and she was extremely kind, gentle, professional and respectful. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. The clinic was very clean, welcoming and had a calm atmosphere. Dr Veenu Singla was also very friendly and kind. My cousin Sahar Duke recommended this clinic to me and I’m very happy she did. I will definitely come back for my future dental treatments and I look forward to seeing them again. I had an emergency appointment late on a Sunday evening at Dental Care@62, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine care, professionalism, and calm reassurance. What could have been a very stressful and painful situation was handled with exceptional skill and a gentle approach that immediately put me at ease.

In the past, I have found dental extractions quite traumatic, but this experience was completely different. The treatment was carried out with such precision and care that the discomfort was far less than I had anticipated.

What stood out most was the follow-up message the next morning to check on my wellbeing — a small gesture that reflects true commitment to patient care.

Today, I feel significantly better, and I am sincerely grateful.
